Yeah. I'd imagine a lot of the things seen in that image are possible or likely, like the cheap special weapons, but 35 points and artificer armor seems not so likely.

The last few codex have not had prices per model, it's always the price of a min squad then add X models for Y points.

So yeah. I say fake.

Besides with plastics coming out I expect them to get weaker and cheaper points wise.
