They're nowhere near new, actually.

And the Falke's available in the US too, but very rarely. Squadron has the Lunadiver Stingray in stock though.

Very awesome looking piece though. I could see using it as terrain or a heavy conversion for tau.

Strange as the shop I went yesterday was selling it as new stuff for June, a re-release?.

I'm not actually sure, to be honest Miguel. I got one a few months back from Squadron with a gift certificate. It's a gorgeous kit, though.

For those who're interested, but can't read Japanese--this is the closest thing to an "official" English site I know of. The designer/creator of Maschinen Krieger pops up on their forums every so often to show off what he's doing, and a lot of the forum moderators work as modelers/painters for him.

I don't read Japanese and chrome can't translate the site, what are the dimensions on it? The first one.

Not sure on the Falke. I want to say about a foot long, half a foot wide, and half a foot tall.

So about the right size to make a good crashed Tau artifact.

Someone made a comment about the Falke being bigger than a Land Raider. But at more than 60$, a little bit expensive for a terrain piece.

Kanluwen, found the reason why it´s marked as new, apparently the weapon and unit markings are different than the prior kits.

Damn, yeah just saw the 6,200 yen price. That is a hell of a terrain piece. Maybe if I was building a themed table.

These are re releases of re releases. I remember picking up some of these kits in the late 80"s. They are nice kits thou.

The Falke is a relatively new kit, as are the other two on the page that Miquelsan linked to. The original S.F.3.D kits pre-date WH40k.

That Lunadiver looks very Tau-like. And the 1:35 scale Fireball suits could be converted into something Orky. Hmmm...
