Not a true battle report, but I have a bunch of observations from yesterday's gaming (and a few photos) here:

Great read, thanks for sharing your thoughts. I would hate to face that BA list, it seems absolutely brutal.

That was a good read. I have been intrigued with the power of the Blood Taloned Furioso. You are right it should tear through any 10 man MEQ squad with easy, however the STR 6 of the Dread could be it's downfall as enemy dreads will wade into a fight with it without fear. That just means 1-2 are appropriate, while any more would begin to be a detriment to a take all comers list.

Good stuff. More pictures would have been better, but you write pretty well.

Thanks guys

@Nurglitch: Definitely, it's just tough to grab enough pictures even in a casual game without slowing it down or taking away from your focus on the game. At 2500pts with a 2.5 hour limit in a tournament mindset where you need as few distractions as possible, I find & found it super hard to grab pictures. Particularly in the first round I was just having such a hard time all over the board that I was working pretty hard just to keep my guys alive as long as possible, so I didn't really want to stop that and break out the camera. Hopefully next time I'll be on the winning side so I'll be more free to snap pics!

A same you didnt get photos of your battle Vs the nids, but the IG player did have some nicely painted stuff.

and the best time to grab pic is during your opponents movement phase

Sounds like a fun day
