In my opinion, your best bet would be tallarn dessert raiders in the IG classic section on GW's website. Forge World also has some pieces you could convert and use.

I agree Tallarns would be a nice subsitution. The Ash Waste Nomads are out of print and I personally would not pay more the $5 a model but that is just me.
