I placed an order for 6 packs of their bases tuesday but they have not sent me a confirmation email saying they have shipped or anything of the sort.

so my question is well is this normal? I have also sent them an email asking for shipping info with no response.

I have faith that they are doing stuff but I just want to know when they plan on doing stuff.

Never heard complaints about them, give it a few more days before worrying too much.
