I only order from Games Workshop mail order a few times a year and have never preordered anything. But with the special warhammer gamers edition release being GW mail order only, it forced me to pre ordered it threw them. My question is, what is most peoples experience with ship times on pre order items in the past?? I am going to be really mad if the guys at the game store have their book next Saturday and Mine ends up delivering the week after it. I live only a few hours from Memphis and would hope to see something very soon.

I've always had me preorders in advance. My Blood Angels came a full 2 weeks before release date!

It's variable and depends on the item and where you live and things.

I pre-ordered Space Hulk 3 to the local shop and it was available the day of release. I think GW distribution just shipped all the pre-orders and regular stock in one van.

I've had some stuff a week early... and some a week late.
