I just received a small order of guns to experiment with, and their news sheet was included.

Hasslefree have completed their move out of the garage to a proper industrial unit. This means less hassle for the domestic crew and a more convenient working environment for the model makers.
One staff member was ill for several months and has resigned and been replaced with two new people.
Finally, Hasslefree are registering for VAT. This is a triple-edged sword.
Firstly, it means they will have to charge VAT on their prices to
EU customers. This may require some price increases.
Secondly, they will be able to reclaim VAT on their tools and materials, so the price impact shouldn't be too bad.
Thirdly, it means they will be able to transact more business each year. The VAT limit forces a non-registered company to stay below £70,000 of sales. Hasslefree will now be free to manufacture and sell as many pieces as they can.
All in all I'm very happy to hear of Hasslefree's success and wish them all the best for the future.
