So, granted, I don't listen to 100% of the 40k podcasts out there, I do listen to many (I have a 2 hours each way commute); in a posting that IMO nobody will care about, here are my reviews of the podcasts I listen to:

1) D6 Generation: http://www.thed6generation.com/ They are the eldar statemen of podcasting. This is IMO how you want to do it. They are a general gaming podcast. They have great audio quality and good chemistry. They have a long history with dakka dakka. Most of the games I buy are due to them.

2) 40k Radio: I started listening to them when I was in the gym getting in shape for my honeymoon. I listened to all of their shows (not in calendar time), they energized me in the hobby / game. Yep, some were better than others, but I liked the time I spent with them. I shoveled snow to many of their talk, which netted me buying models. 40K Radio had many skins it wore. It was the prime mover. I suggest you listen to the shows.

3) 11th Company: http://www.tangtwo.com/11thcompany/ I love these guys mostly. I love, love, love there stat analysis. I think it is the best in the podcast world. Many podcast say something along the lines of "XXX unit in this 'dex = rocks". Often they are wrong, and the 11th company does the math for us (I've done the math and they are spot on). Their audio quality is not good, especially the Pat parts. His cross world interviews are tough to listen to.

4) DTL: Simply the best podcast name. http://dicelikethunder.com/ Since the IL guys have split from the CA guys it is better. Their Eldar statesmen (Dan) has trouble speaking English (not that I have any room to speak). They are a view into the IL scene. I suggest you all tune into them.

5) IVC: http://imperialvoxcast.squarespace.com/ I like these guys. Some of the things they say are uncouth, but so was my ex-San Diego girl friend. They bring strong lists, but they don't seem to do the math. Their lists IMO are based on hard won victories.

6) Warbanner: Good, but hasn't updated in awhile. Sure he is running his company.

7) Independent Characters: My new fav 'cast (even tho they are CA based)

8) Gamers Lounge: My local podcast. I'd pass unless you are in the greater MD, VA, or DC area. A lot of flip flopping from one of the hosts.

9) Warcasting: Overly opinionated IMO. Very little in the way of analysis.

Listening to 40k Warcasting now, it's not too bad. And about 40k Radio, it's not showing any episodes in iTunes for me, anyone getting this problem as well?

Not a problem. 40kradio is on Hiatus as they change ownership and get a new staff together. None of the old staff will be present when it re-starts.

I like PodHammer http://podhammer.net/ Mostly Warhammer, and Australia based.

and World's End Radio http://worldsendradio.com/ Cover everything GW and a few others, also Australia based.

Here's a new one that covers both 40K and Fantasy - I've found it enjoyable....

http://thehammercast.com/

'Lo, there do I see my father. 'Lo, there do I see...My mother, and my sisters, and my brothers. 'Lo, there do I see...The line of my people...Back to the beginning. 'Lo, they do call to me. They bid me take my place among them. Iin the halls of Valhalla... Where the brave... May live... ...forever.

For me it has to be Worlds End, funny and not too serious and FFG interviews. Good for my laid back attitude.

"Model collector why are you wearing friday socks, its thursday today."
"We live in hope."
