I have a small problem in the Dark Heresy game I am in and I hope someone out there can help. With my character being a noble I was asked to introduce our Inquisitor to the Queen of a hive world now the problem is I have no idea where to start?

Could you elaborate a little more perhaps ?

Are you after help as in what to do or say or after advice for the "mechanics" of doing this ?

In terms of mechanics, That should be a test against your contacts within the noble community. Your GM should talk to you about how difficult a test that would be.

In terms of role playing, if you are Noble, you are technically a relative of the queen, by marrige or blood. This relationship might be very distant, but it's something your family would know very clearly. You are after all, the queen's 4th favorite 2nd cousin, thrice removed, on her mother's sister's husband's side, and you don't have to put up with crap from the queen's 3rd cousin, thrice removed, on her mother's sister's husband's side. (those people are jerks anyway.)

Baron has a great starting point for the in game play.

If you are from the Hive world it should not be a problem to get word for a private audience.

If you are a Noble but from a different planet send your Noble's paperwork in requesting an audience, though this could make it a lot more of a trial.

Basically what should be required of you is to make a noticeable effort in game. Maybe make some rolls as the GM requires.

If your GM makes it extremely difficult to get there just persevere. Maybe telling the GM that you don't know what they are looking for and ask for a bit of guidance.

Its more of a role playing issue. I have already have a private audience with the Queen. The back story is that I am a noble from a different hive world and me and my other companions have traveled to this world to find a planetary Governor(also from a different planet then the Queen) that we know was dealing with the Tau. We have already went into her chamber once to get the Gov. and now the Inquisitor wants to meet her. So now I am trying to figure out what to say to the Queen when I walk in to introduce the Inquisitor.

Oh, that's easy. I boils down to if you want the Inquisitor staying anonymous. Claim he is a wealthy benefactor on the way in that can make her lots of money/more powerful. Then let her have it if you want her to know the real deal.

If she is not the type to crave power (who isn't in DH), play the Inquisitor as being a family member and you want to introduce them, and maybe give a favor in return.
