Hello there guys,
Kev here from nottingham in the Uk. I used to paint a few warhammer stuff in the early 90's when i was a teenager was'nt very good to be honest. I ended up picking the hobby up again about 3 years ago when i wanted to do find a hobby to relax to that was'nt playing world of warcrack each night.

I started off with Space marines, then csm now i working on some orcs (pics to follow). I have no idea whats so ever in how to play the game, but i do enjoy painting things that take my intrest or eye. I am a bit worried about learning the game as every time i pop into a Gw store its full o kids and the staff are over over friendly,a little over the top and a little to creepy some times it freaks me out a bit hehehe.

However me and my 5 y/o son have fun at the table with the figures, he has a love for orcs it seems, and since i have started painting them i to have to admit thats the green machine is that way ahead . I will add my pics up of what i have painted and any tips i can pass on.

Thanks

Hi, welcome.
GW staff are just OTT. Learning in-house won't necessarily point out your mistakes, try finding somebody local to play beyond your son.
