Like it says in the title! I'm fairly new to playing (so patience in any opponent would be an invaluable trait!!), but have been painting for [classified] years... As I'm an old git, would prefer someone approaching (or even beyond) my advancing years... I have some AoBR Orks which I'm expanding on, and I'm pretty much decided on starting a Chaos Marine army too.

Must add tho that due to work/chidcare constraints I'm during restricted to my gaff during the week, but could venture forth on occasional Sunday afternoon/evenings...
