Just posting a note about Critical Hit Games in Corralville Iowa.

I have had nothing but aggravation in dealing with this company. I made a trade in the store for credit, thinking I could add more units to my Orky goodness, and have been unable to use that credit yet.

I went into the store and ordered my items with my credit. About 2 weeks later I called ( I was told the order could take up to 2 weeks ) and was told that they had no record of my order. I returned to the store only to be told that their computer crashed and all their data about store credit was now gone. I asked about their backup, since no self respecting store would operate without a backup of their records, I was told there was none. I asked about my credit and showed them my credit slip. I was told they couldn't verify how much credit I had left. Wow.

I have been trying to contact the store owner for about a week now. The store phone is never answered and their voice mail is full. Tonight I will be going to the shop in person, which is bad for whoever is working, and make some clear demands.

So in closing, stay away from Critical Hit Games in Corralville Iowa. They have been nothing but lazy and useless in the running of their company and in their treatment of their customers.

life.

No backup....thats a serious misstep for any business that has any type of paperwork (which is pretty much all of them)

I collect:

Grand alliance death (whole alliance)

Stormcast eternals

Slaves to Darkness - currently Nurgle but may expand to undivided.

this is quite common - I suggest groups like wayland games, they've always been the utmost of respectful, and I've never had to storm in on shop [don't know how I'd be able to do that, but oh well...] anyway, you can sue this place for fraud, and probably can get it audited, and if it turns out that they do mysteriously have backup records, you can then force them to give you your store credit back. [at least, I think thats right, could be wrong]

it is rediculous. - Toystore here can be a bit like that, you ask about something 'no idea'
