So, last night at midnight I went to walmart and got myself a cop of Medal of Honor. I played a couple of hours of the campaign lastnight and I loved it. I have yet to play online, but judging from the campaign, I have high hopes.

I haven't gotten too far into the game, but so far it seems like the story line isn't quite as strong as in the Call of Duty games. (Thats one of my favorite parts of the COD games, the storyline, actually thats the only thing I like about MOD2, I hate its online play.) But as I said, I'll hold my judgement until I beat the game.

Did anyone else get it last night, and if you did, what do you think?

I liked it. I had some problems with the controls, mostly adapting to the "peak" function. I died tons because I'd flat out forget about it at times.

I also felt a lot squishier than the bad guys at times. I prefered to shoot most things in semi-auto, but I felt like double tapping never quite got the job done, which is a little obnoxious.

Spoiler:
I also really hate the one bit where you rescue the hostage, an while you've got a perfectly good weapon in your hands, you pull out your pistol. Because Tier 1 Operators (I'm already sick of this term, by the way) can apparently bend space and time when transitioning weapons.

But other than my own little nitpicky things, I thought it was a good game, and a great re-launch for Medal of Honor. I'm looking forward to the sequel.

It's a decent game, but that's it really. It doesn't really bring anything new or exciting to the mix.
