Due to a recent thread disappearing , i was wondering whats the difference to mods
between the usual lock for unwanted thread ,
to an actual full deletion?
Just curious :')

Lock if it wont be harmful to leave around. When things disappear and are not spam they are usually a complicated issue and are moved to the mod forum to be picked apart slowly and are then deleted so as not to dump an old controversial thread into the middle of a forum again.

I suppose you could PM one and ask.
They don't bite, yak has them on medication now and that has cleared the biting problem right up.

If you have queries about moderation of a thread, PMing any of the mods is fine. If they personally had nothing to do with it, they can check with the rest of us.
The thread you're asking about is under review, while it's decided what to do about the actions of several posters who should know better by now.
