The night led to a realization by the Eldar. Orks were here.

Eldird(Eldrad?), stationed on the world with his warlock guards, had no fear of the greenskins. It was his first mistake.
Rangers positioned themselves near their monument of peace, an old good luck relic to the group. Luck, how they would soon come to hate this word.
A trukk could be seen in the distance. "Ha, Ork trukks," Eldrid laughed briefly. The glimmering sing of a Force Field circling the vehicle slowly shrinking his smile. "One of those Ork Meks is...no, one of the big ones, in the trukk.
The Guardians in the swamp felt safe still. A heavy artillery piece with them, they didn't think for a second the trukk would make it past the forest. Force Field or not.
Shootas were on the roof, and as night began to creep in, the Eldars security began to fall.
Two Killa Kans marched up around the trukk. A third to the side, all inside the field. Bikers rode in with dakkaguns and a powerklaw shinning off the flames from their bikes, the cloud of smoke that followed them made them as hard to see as it was equally hard to tell if they were laughing or yelling.
Artillery moved in on the far corner of the forest, the safe feeling in the Guardians stomach fell as big shoota fire rained in on them. Shootas perched on the roof of a building, almost unnoticable at night, all firing on the swamp feilded squad. Knowing they wouldn't survive it, the team quickly went to ground.
The night conditions didn't stop the orks, they seemed to be nearly unobstructed by the hindrenace of sight, few Guardians remained. The Eldar took their turn.
Fortune was placed on the Rangers. Doom a hair(2mm) out of range of the hasty bikers.Nothing else could shoot at the orks, and the Rangers tried but could barely see the glint of the artillery.
Dire Avengers and 20 more Guardians moved on to the field to assist. Eldrid looked back, securing his lines behind the walls of their 'Good Luck' monument. "To think this symbolizes peace," The Exarch who comes to board cracks a smile at the situation.
"Don't get cocky Jonas(Yonas)," Eldrid remarks as the Eldar are forced to play this turn defensively. No shots fired.

Turn 2
Kannons fire but hit nothing. Daylight begins to break. The small ork force looks larger now. The shootas on the roof and the walking Kans march forward slowly. Trukk, rolling onward, doesn't let the kans out of it's Force Field. The shoota boyz, the kans, the big shoota on the trukk in it, all unload unto the Guardians in the swamp. Grotzooka, bullets and even a Mega Blasta smash steel and flesh. Nothing but blood remains of the Guardians, and the rare piece of flesh. Eldrid cringes. Jonas laughs at the challenge. The Bikers make the first mistake of the orks.
They ride right up to the wall and unload on the fortuned Ranges. Fortune lets the Rangers re-roll their one failed cover save, but the re-roll is nothing. A ranger falls, The Nob on the bike smiles, not have as large a smile as Jonas the Exarch and his Dire Avengers. They walk up to the wall.
The Eldars now move forward. Fortune on the Rangers, Doom on the Bikers, and a Blade Storm. The Dire Avengers do more than Avenge the Guadian death, they destroy the bikers and send the nob riding for space. Eldrid and the other fail to do anything however. The Rangers try to stop the trukk from it's obvious destination, but they miss again. Luck and Fortune be damned. Still, the Eldar feel a bit of relief knowing they can return fire for fire.
Bikers gone.
Guardians and a single Ranger gone.
The Big Mek doesn't look detered.

Turn 3
Artillery moves up, grotzookas, big shootas, rokkits, and a blasta pick off a ranger and one orange coat Guardian. Shooting is not high for the orks. However in the confusion of the blasts, a scatter lands over the Warlocks and Eldirid, and a Warlock falls victim to the surrounding fire. Eldrid shows fear. The Blade Storm left the Dire Avengers no choice but to move back a little this turn and gather themselves. The Shootas from the roof are moving toward the troops now, they are not running, they are firing, but they are orks. Their bullets fly far from their target. A single blessing in a storm of trouble. The fortune for the rangers allowed a re-roll to occur, the re-roll was a one. Once again, fortune does them no favors. They spit on the word luck.
They take shots anyways. Right at the now in range of everything artillery. They make hitting rolls, but one bullet flies toward a grot manning the gun.
"Whoa!" He dodges it with a smile and a tingling feeling. "Gid fort'n t'day." He loads a shell into the barrel preparing to return the favor. The Guardians run forward to try and get in range of the trukk and stop it from it's goal. The Rangers are fortuned again, they bask in the irony. Someone got doomed, but it just didn't seem to matter.

Turn 4
It seems as if nigt is returning, but you couldn't tell by the aim of the orks. They move forward as only an undeterred killing machine could. Kannons fire shells into the large group of Guardians inthe back, five fall to blasts. The Shootas move up and lay into the Guardians again with their big shoota and shootas this time, loving the loud sound of their dakka. This time they hit efficiently killing 2. The rest of the bullets flying about or scratching off the Eldars armor. The Guardians are pinned and useless thanks to the artillery.
The end of bullets yet to come, the trukk is within range of Eldrid, his face show more than fear, it shows what is inevitable. All the 'Ard boyz and the nob on the trukk fire into him and his warlocks. So does the trukks big shoota. The Kans with the trukk fire their grotzooka and their rokkit at him. The rokkit actually hits. All the Warlocks fall. Eldrid stands alone feeling as if he needs a new tactic.
From the shadows of the trukk, the gray of a freshly painted Kan who just has to be different, plays a tune in Eldrids eyes. A giant Mega-Blasta points at him. Destiny it self fails when needed most.
"Why did I fortune those damned Rangers," The last words of Eldrid as the blasta turns him into ash.
Jonas now the only one who can really claim to be a leader of the Eldar on the field takes his Dire Avengers back into the fight. They Blade Storm the Trukk, how could it fail, not now, not when needed most. Kustom Force Field. The Blade Storm Does nothing. The Rangers miss the trukk as well. The Eldar soak it in, the orks are here.

Turn 5
The Orks are in range of every Eldar unit. The Big Mek KilliKutty wants to kill every last Eldar, only one way he can do that.
The shootas are closer than ever to the Guardians. They don't want to slash though, they want to blast. The 2 Kans with the truk move around to prepare a charge on the Rangers. The Trukk is having trouble moving at the moment. The Kan behind it, the Grey Blasta, moves up and shooting occurs. Dire Avengers take heavy fire from the 'ard boyz and the big shoota on the trukk. They manage to only lose one. The Kans knowing they are not in range to charge the Rangers shoot at the Dire Avengers as well. Jonas doesn't flinch, his Avengers endure with no loses. Guardians are hit by shootas and artillery again, another 7 die.
The Guardians stand up, the Rangers shoot, the Dire Avengers try to move back hoping to survive this. The Eldar do no damage to the orks. They know their fate.
(Light stopped any good pictures at this point, I was using my phone for these.)

Turn 6
Yes, it went on much to the Eldars distain. Every Ork shoots or charges. The Big Mek leaves the 'Ard Boyz to reach the Dire Avengers himself. There was just no other way to accomplish it. The Shoota's get shots in as do the 'ard boys and Grey Blasta on the remaining Guardians. The Artilery fire single shots at the avengers, use their ammo runts and kill one. A cover save lets the other live. The Two Kans stuck as a troop fire into the rangers, kill one as well. The trukk shoots at the Dire Avengers but does nothing. Three of them remain. BigMek KilliKutty gets out like a crazed fool and charges. The Kans charge the Rangers, Grey Blasta and the 'Ard Boyz charge the Guardians. When the sound of steel and cries for help is over. The only Eldar left standing is Jonas the Exarch. He even wounded BigMek KilliKutty, he is not without heart. He doesn't run.
He finished with a hit but not enough strength to make it count, KilliKutty takes his head. The Eldar are no more. The Orks have won.

“Well, what do you carry the gun for if you’re just going to waste bullets?” Timer reloads his Boomer as Forling fires his Shrapper.
“I may ‘ne be a good shot Timer, but I don’t miss much from this close up with my hammer,” Forling continues to fire.
“All the enemies are good and far away so what the hell does that…” Timer looks up to see Forling giving him an angry stare. “Oh, yea, ok, um, good shooting.”
