EDIT: I have rewritten the whole background for my warboss and my big mek. I put all of the original post in spoiler tags at the bottom to preserve it. Here is the new version of the Ork twins Gorukk and Gormek Grimdakka!

Gormek and Gorukk Grimdakka are the leaders of Da Bonebringaz, a medium-sized Ork tribe. Gorukk is the biggest, baddest, killiest warboss in a ten-planet radius. Gormek is a highly skilled big mek and he is an extremely rare Ork, for he is intelligent, ambitious and - worst of all - he has plans. Gormek and Gorukk are special in more ways than their prodigious skills and attributes, for they are the only known instance of Ork twins.

Some thirty years ago, a small Ork tribe travelling by space hulk had gotten lost and crashlanded on a small agri-world belonging to the empire. The planet was in the midst of a full blown daemon invasion, which fitted the Orks beautifully. They picked up their weapons and began fighting humans and daemons alike. They charged the largest daemon force they could find (which also happened to be the closest one) and began "krumpin' deemans". The Orks destroyed a large part of the daemon forces but unfortunately attracted the attention of a daemon prince. The prince brought a few of his most trusted daemons and went to work on the Orks, utterly destroying them all. While the daemons were busy fighting the Orks, however, the humans had time to scramble together a decent defense and Space Marine reinforcements had time to arrive. This lead to the daemons being defeated. The daemon prince was furious with the Orks and decided that merely slaughtering them all was not enough. He proceeded to warp the spores from the killed greenskins, mutating them beyond recognition. This led to the destruction of almost all the spores but a few survived. The mutated and warped spores grew very, very slowly, but they survived.

Around ten years later, the spores had reached maturity. The planet was now abandoned due to a second blitz invasion by the daemons. Horrible, twisted beings that resembled Orks only to the most warped of minds began crawling out of the ground, tentacles, claws and extra limbs flailing. A single spore had been resilient enough to withstand the corruption, but it had been mutated too. From the pod burst not one, but two Orks. The twisted, mutated semi-orks immediately attacked the untainted twins and a vicious battle took place.
The tainted ones numbered close to twenty and had the strength in numbers on their side. The unholy powers of the warp had also made them far stronger than a normal Ork yoof. Despite all this the untainted twins made short work of the daemonspawn. One of the twins took on five daemonspawn at once - strangling, kicking and punching seemingly in all directions at once, oozing brutality. The other twin was no less ferocious but he instead made use of kunnin' takktiks, killing two or three spawn then luring another dozen on a wild chase in the nearby area.
With his opponents lying broken and crumpled at his feet, the brutal twin gave chase to the others and the two twins combined easily killed all the remaining daemonspawn. With the threats neutralized the two prodigious greenskins found their way to an abandoned human city where the kunnin' twin, in a display of future mek glory, constructed a craft capable of space travel using parts he salvaged from the abandoned machinery of the humans.

The twins were not unaffected by the daemon prince's warp powers. The powers of the warp had torn one Ork into two such that the mek aptitude, kunnin', intelligence and general "smartiness" had coalesced into one half and all the brutality, physical power, combat prowess and general "strongness" in the other.
Gorukk, the brutal one, is a monster in combat. His brute strength is immense, by far the strongest Ork in his tribe and he also possesses an instinctive ability to stir the boyz and drive them into an unstoppable frenzy. He is like a moving battle standard. Where he goes, there are bound to be a horde of bloodthirsty Orks. However, he also has a streak of kunnin' - he is strategic and can make battle plans. He has an instinctive understanding of even the finest points of battle and can outmaneuver many of the tactical races in the galaxy.
Gormek, the kunnin' one, is a genius by the standard of any race. His contraptions and constructions defy belief and would impress even the Eldar. He is also more strategic than Gorukk and is able to think up long-term plans. He also possesses a trait that would be fearful in any Ork - ambition and a desire for power. However, he is far weaker than Gorukk in close combat and not nearly as resilient. This does not mean that he is by any means a weak fighter, just that he pales in comparison with Gorukk.
This was highly fortunate for all the other races in the galaxy because if he had formed into one individual he would most likely have risen as the single most powerful Ork in history - a bigger threat than even Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka himself.

And thus, the warboss Gorukk Grimdakka and the big mek Gormek Grimdakka were born. The two represent the pinnacle of ork brutality and kunnin'. Separated, they are no more than strong Orks, but combined they are definitely an impressive force to be reckoned with.
The twins act as one in almost every situation. They share a strong mental link that reults in a near telepathic bond, meaning that they instinctively know what the other is thinking. However, everything is not peaceful. While they usually end up agreeing on almost everything, they constantly argue and fight each other. Gormek constantly berates Gorukk for not understanding his plans and usually has great difficulty explaining the finer details of his plans to him. On the contrary, these arguments often come to a swift end when Gorukk has had enough and smacks Gormek across the room. Usually that is the end of it, but on special occasions Gormek responds by testing one of his more complex contraptions on Gorukk. The results are often catastrophic.
However, the two are very dependent on each other. Gormek is the brain and Gorukk is the body, and one could not function without the other.

These two twins have not yet got their inevitable Waaagh! off the ground but it is only a question of time. More and more Orks are gravitating towards them by the day, drawn to them by some primal instinctive urge. And when Gormek's plans are complete, they have all the Orks they need and they can stop their bickering for long enough, Gorukk will stir the boyz and launch the biggest Waaagh! the galaxy has ever seen. Luckily, that day is still far away.

Spoiler:
Below is a quick and short write-up of a background for my Warboss. The last sentence hints to someone I'm still working on Will put the biography for that one on here too when it's done.

Gorukk Grimdakka is the warboss of the medium-sized ork tribe "Da Bonebringaz". He's respected as the strongest fighter in the tribe and his rule as warboss is uncontested. In his time as boss he has been challenged only two times, both times by overconfident Nobs. Both times ended in the swift death of the challenger.

Gorukk has a power klaw on his left arm. This klaw is widely respected and feared among the grots in the tribe since Gorukk has a tendency to try out new "trikks" with it, using disobedient, insolent or lazy grots as guinea pigs. These "trikks" mostly consist of examining how much of a grot he can take off before the grot dies.Gorukk has a tendency to go a bit nuts in combat. He often makes suicidal charges towards the enemy that looks strongest. If Gorukk has set his sights on a particular foe, the other Bonebringaz will stay clear of it and take special care not to steal the kill. If anyone steals a kill from Gorukk, there will be consequences.

Despite all this, Gorukk is a liked warboss. He often arranges "fightin' turneys" when there has not been a good skirmish for a while. These tournaments often take the form of free-for-all fistfights where the last ork standing is the winner. The number of participants in these arrangements often range in the hundreds, occasionally spreading to involve every single ork in the tribe. Even though orks are usually very strong, their skulls are stronger still and thus it is very uncommon for someone to be killed in these fights. The tourneys are all in all a very wise move from Gorukks side as it keeps the boyz in shape and prevents most of the random brawls that pop up when the boyz get bored.

Part of Gorukks fame comes from the kills he has claimed in battle. His more noteable ones include taking down an ironclad dreadnought by himself and decapitating a soulgrinder with his power klaw. However, the trophy he values most is the skull of a chapter master. Gorukk does not know who the 'umie he killed was, but since he had lots of shinies on his armor, lots and LOTS of other 'umies to back him up and he actually put up a real good fight, he just assumed that the 'umie was real important. He took the 'umies skull and mounted it on his shoulderpad where it has rested since.

All in all, Gorukk is a feared, respected, and powerful warboss who does a great job of keeping his Bonebringaz in check. He is a formidable fighter and most of the boyz think he is great fun. However, Gorukk is not the true leader of da Bonebringaz....
