Hey I have been looking for a few months now trying to find out information about a topic. I remember way back when that I think the game Confrontation Rackham had an army of Gnolls (like hyena men.) I am totally off on this, or was there once an army for confrontation that consisted of gnolls, and if so what was the name of the army?

Wolfen, yes. Gnoll-like critters, no, not that I remember.

He's got a mind like a steel trap. By which I mean it can only hold one idea at a time;
it latches on to the first idea to come along, good or bad; and it takes strenuous effort with a crowbar to make it let go.

See I know it was not the wolfen. Cause thats the army I currently have but there was another race( i think) , and this may have even been from earlier additions.or am thinking of a different game.I know the army I looked at was way before the pre painted days. Now to broaden the question does anyone know of a table top game that has a race of gnolls?

You're probably thinking of WotC's attempts at a miniature game before they went entirely prepainted.

That would be the very short lived Chainmail. More precisely, that would be the Naresh Faction of that game.
