Hi,
maaksel, heh if I was a god father of the game you'd be shocked to see what I would like.
No no, the people you listed are just fans discussing the drafts and ideas from the HA. We wanna have a say.
HA = High Admirality =
BFG rule committee.
GW has handed the
BFG development to the HA.
Previous the HA was Andy Chambers, Matt Keefe and Gavin Thorpe. With the demise of
SG they went and non-paid officials became the HA:
Bob Henderson (Mod-Patriarch), Ray Bell (Raysokuk) and Nate Montes (flybywire-e2c).
These 3 make drafts, post them on that link and ask for feedback. Which varies from yay to evil sick burns. heh heh.
So, a pretty close development with fans which means tedious progress but also a good one. The
FAQ should be to
GW before Christmas.
Keep in mind, it'll be official as far a download from
GW can be but you can always play other rules.
(heck even I don't use some official rules).

Space Marines, the vbb, is so costly due the fact lances aren't easy to get in a Marine fleet.
Since Despoiler designs (TE) and other Chaos designs where once Imperial Army (notice the word army) before the heresy they where part of Marine fleets back then the Marines took them along, thus old ancient venerable.
Logical, fluffy, cool.
Marines won't have easy access to AdMech. Pretty restricted really.
The
PK, available, well, one was build and if a Marine would ever face me with one I would take the model and shove it in his left ear,
