so recently i got the special Mondo Bitz Grab Bag from the Warstore, and was very pleased with the contents (many of which are useful bits up for trade! i've got a post in the thread by Grundz about trading in the Swap Shop Fourm)

has anyone ever bought the Mega Bits Grab Bag? ($24.95) is it worth it, or just a junk dump for Battlewagon Bits/The Warstore? since the Mondo bag was pretty good, i was thinking about the smaller, all-year-round one. any comments or experiences welcome.

Thanks Dakka!

It's pretty good. Depending on what armies you play. I've gotten a total of 2 in the past and have at least got my money's worth on them. I've actually made an inquisitor and about 4 space marine terminators and some CSM. Problem is I don't place Space Marines or CSM. I did get around 12 teleport homers. I ended up making a ton of custom objectives with these. Overall I would say it was worth 25 for covnversions and randomness that you get. It works out for basing and conversions. If you're looking to get certain armies or bits for certain things you should probably look elsewhere.

well, i am working on mainly my new DE right now, so i seriously doubt they'd have great stuff of that new line in there, but i do enjoy conversions, and love to wheel-and-deal/swap parts and figs, so maybe it would be worthwhile to me. i just love bits.
