Does anyone that lives in the Romford area of the Uk (or happens to frequent the Romford store) know if the store does Necromunda at all?

Not sure but I think there are no specialist games at all in GW stores now days.

My FLGS, which is a premium store has been told by the GW rep that running specialist games will kill his shop.

By the way I am from Harlow and Romford is kind of close!
