I don't hold much love for GW, however in fairness I have to record that I ordered a bunch of stuff from them and Forge World yesterday, and it arrived today!

I've always found GW postage and customer service to be good, but it does come at a price.

That is pretty amazing, considering the season. Since your in Japan, did it come from a local distribution site or somewhere else? I do love me some GW customer service, they are great in that aspect of their game

No, Kilkrazy desn't actually come from japan, he works for some company that's internet is routed through there or something like that. (IIRC)

I ordered a hefty (100GDB) order from FW nearly a month ago and haven't even seen an email on it that it's in the works. Think I should ping them or is the typical with the holidays and all? Standard delivery.

I very much love the new FW website for being able to veiw my orders. Makes things so much easier. I do about a dozen huge FW orders a year by consolidating a lot of smaller orders for folks in the store. (Service, not profit, since I don't get a discount on FW.) Being able to just click on an order, see what's coming in, and when it ships, is very nice. Since we always hit over 250 lbs, it usually comes pretty quick, usually 3-7 days.
