Quite a few new scenarios, new deployment rules, a new type of deployment... It all looks good.

I'm pumped about the Grind, Demolition, and Sacrifice scenarios. I'm expecting this to be a fun year to be a tournament player.

If you have a bunch of pewter mans collecting dust on your shelf I suggest giving the new scenarios a looksie, grabbing your cards, and dusting those bad boys off.

I'd need to look at the card for the Doom Reavers to be sure but I think an epic Butcher DR spam T4 list is really going to like sacrifice...

Not so much. Spell Ward only protects you from being targetted by spells. You can still be damaged by them and magical damage just fine.

It's called sacrifice because you have to give something up, generally.
