So I was chatting to a worker at GW, and we talked about nids. He eventually told me that GW are doing some of the creatures in the nid codex that doesn't have a model, although he wasn't saying which ones. He also said his source was... reliable

I saw this post n was like o hell yeah! tyrannofex or a trervigon would be awsome, but knowing GW it will be conversion kits which in my opinion is a massive fail, rather a new model be a new model and not an old model with new bits. but im guessin they will be toards the end of the year, new DE and GK on the cards.

I asked a shop manager in the middle of December. He said there aren't any Tyranid models on the release schedule for the first three months of 2011.

It is general GW policy to eventually release all Codex units.

Also, in other rumors, August is being banted about as Tyranid 2nd wave. To include:
Doom blister
Tyrannofex plastic with options to build as Tervigon - unreliable rumor as to the optional build, but I'm throwing it in
Harpy
Tyranid direct only lashwhip bonesword upgrade blister for warriors
"yrmgarll?" direct only genestealer blister...like flashgit model, one pose, direct only.

Also, in other rumors, August is being banted about as Tyranid 2nd wave.

August is typically a 2nd wave kind of month for GW so that rumor makes sense -- then again its a stickmonkey rumor and they are always questionable.

only issue is that GW reps are forbidden to speak of these things, unless they want to be summarily executed, or if their behavior was good enough, be turned into a servitor.
