Im new on Dakka and i would like to say a "Hello" to everyone, Im 27 years old and im playing warhammer 40k and warhammer fantasy since 2007. I used to play some warzone before, tho warhammer have earned me for good. I have 7 armies for 40k (Emperor's forces mostly) and 4 armies for fantasy. Tho due to work I don't have whole day to play, collect and paint that much as i used to, but I do with some friends on easy relaxed games.
I have taken a look on Dakka and i really liked the forums and gallery and everything, I hope i can get some good advice about converting/painting and learn some more tactics-strategy about all armies. I can post some pictures of my work on painting and collection of some of my armies tho im not experienced as photographer.

Thank you for your warm welcoming mates, talking about 40k i got Ultramarines (around 6k), Blood angels (5k), Space wolves (3k), Dark Angels (3k), Black templars (2.5k) done with Adeptus Astartes (Um, Ba, Da fully painted- Sw Bt half painted) Imperial guard (around 6k) only 2 squads painted and full painted vehicles and last but not least around 2.3k points Eldar not painted (ive only painted my fire prism). Talking about warhammer fantasy i got Dark elves (6.5k) fully painted, Vampire Counts (5.2k) fully painted, Empire (around 6k) not painted and started a month ago some dwarves around 3k till now not painted of course.
I got some ideas about my Imperial guard and i was thinking of painting them on some urban camo or urban grey uniform. All vehicles are on the colors of grey reminding some ww2 vehicles mostly german ones on the first part of the war, used for city fights etc. I mostly use cadian miniatures converted with some gas masks and some forge world upgrade kits as well. I also got some Death korps of Krieg (4-5 squads and 3 heavy bolter teams) so as to remind ww1 (more than ww2) on my army using them as veterans. Imperial guard in my opinion are fun due to the fact they are really ready for almost every conversion/painting/theme.

Those are quite massive armies! I am envious of your VC!

Heh thank you "A Black Ram" yeah i was really and i am really crazed about the game its like 3 and a half years playing and my excitment for the game, the modelling, the flyff of the game didnt go away yet
Yeah "Jon touchdown" i can post a few pictures to see my work tho im not that good like some painters on the forums etc. I mostly paint with black undercoat and with recesses (if i do spell it right) 1-2 washes and 1-2 hightlights depending on what i am painting. The truth is that i have used painting a bit fast so as to be able to paint my armies in a good speed to have em ready for play
