Spent the last 2 weeks painting 30 of these guys. They are all painted to the same quality. Trying to get a good look on them while painting models in large batches. Definitely not going for competition painting, But I do want to have a respectable painted army on the table.

Pics taken in natural light in the shade to avoid sharp contrast.
I know the bases are pretty awful, I need to read up on how to do those well (as well as how to take better pics.).

Make a right past the Eye of Teror...no a left...wait a right!

Nice overall job!! Lot of work with the highlite lines right!?
Little dots on eye's visor looks alien. Could be photo. I like these visors and think you should consider painting them so they stand out! (sorry if this causes you a lot more work, that's a lot of guard!!)
Dry brush tha bases up a little with a contrasting color and then add small patches of any grass flock you think fits in with the theme. Good Luck!

Ok, these are decent table top quality. The paint tone is even, which is good. The line highlighting is a little wide, and lacks perspective in some areas. There is a bit of light sourcing on some of the flat surfaces. The techniques used to finish the miniature are good beginner techniques preformed solidly. Overall the finished product is serviceable, and a good basis for growth.

Aside from painting thinner line highlights, I would recommend learning some techniques to make details stand out, like painting realistic lenses or skin tones, to begin to take your painting to the next level.
