By end of business February 6th, all players that wish to participate must have submitted all 4 army lists (All must be from Same Codex) either in person, or emailed to Events@Yottaquest.com. Please make these as legible as possible, with little shorthand, and if hand written, very neatly. If you email them, please make the subject “WH40K League List (Real Name) (Faction)”.

For each round, players are responsible for contacting each other and scheduling their game. If after several attempts, one player is not able to reach the other, please inform the YQ staff, so that we can also try to help, or see if they need to be dropped from the league. The games must be played at Yottaquest.

Mission and scenario objectives can be whatever agreed upon by the two participants. If no agreement can be reached, please roll randomly using the standard missions provided in the 5th edition rule book.
For rules arguments, you can ask a Yottaquest Employee for their ruling. A ruling made from a Yottaquest employee is final, even if that decision is to just roll a die and 1-3 it’s player A’s ruling, and 4-6 it’s player B’s ruling.

We will have a specific post at the Yottaquest.com Forums for each round that players can use to discuss their game for that round, post their results, or try to contact an opponent.
The league will not be WYSIWYG, and proxies are discouraged. If you have questions if a miniature will work or not, just let us know and we will be glad to clarify the issue.

For each participant, we will add $10 into a pool of In-Store credit that will be given out at the end of the league for prizes.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Can units in the list 'grow' (i.e. can 3 units of 20 Orks become 3 units of 30 Orks for the next list?)
A: For this league we are not doing the "grow" aspect, which also means that each list does not have to incorporate the previous list, or be related in any sort of way except for Codex choice.
