does GW have any plan on doing plastic flamers and screamers or if anyone knows a great stand-in at a cheeper price

As has been pointed out many times and recently, if there were any substantive rumors they would already be posted here. It's not like Warhammer fans keep that kind of thing to themselves. Some people base their whole lives around being the first to post such rumors, regardless of reliability or substance. My reading of goat entrails says this thread will end up closed quite soon.
