Ok guys. Here we go. Ive finished for the most part what ive wanted to do for a long time. I completed my inquisition armored company and added some fun toys to it.

Currently We have
1 warhound titan
10 Leman russ battle tanks
2 Vulture Gunships
1 Valkyrie Gunship
3 Baneblade Superheavy Tanks
1 Shadowsword Superheavy Tank

Coming soon will be:
3 thunderbolt fighters
1 Thunderhawk
1 more warhound titan
1 Warlord Titan

Ultimately I plan on converting my DA army to Deathwatch so i can run a really massive nasty inquisition Apocalypse army.
I believe that when all is said and done the army will completely cover the table.

Here are a few pics:

When i started cost was prohibitave, and i decided to keep rolling with it. There are a lot of printable blueprints out there so It seemed well enough.

my youtube video explains it better

Not the snazziest, but all things considered, it's good job. Out of Curiosity, how long did it take to make those?

Good on you for being able to save some $$$'s, and still have a fairy representitive army.

I must say though Sir, I am not a big fan. I think more detail on the models would help give the illusion of models, as opposed to the way they look now.

Just my 5c.

I Have every intent to upgrade the army to actual tanks eventually. Unfortunately It's not very feasable at this time. I'm also looking at scaling up the detail on all of it. a lot was done prematurely. Ive moved on to plasticard and things of that nature. When I first began I didnt have much available, and I opted once more items became available, to keep the army uniform instead of going buck wild on one or two things. I really enjoy having things that look good. Although sometimes cost becomes prohibitive.

The paintjobs are still WIP, They need markings and some drybrushing, most of the details dont stand out in the photos

I must say, impressive. How much do you think the entire company ran you to make?

4 dollars in cardstock
2 dollars in glue
4 dollars in paint

I used an xacto stencil kit for cutting
and Scissors

thats really all it was. Sadly the photos dont do them justice. and my own painting ability rather limits them sadly.

It is very clear what they are, and they apper to be in scale.

I'd rather these then outright proxies.

I have to say I very much agree with you. I dont particularly care for outright proxies either. The intent behind making these scratchbuilds was to create the army i wanted within a reasonable time frame and budget which i am throuroughly pleased with, and still make them the appropriate dimensions for the most level of realism of play possible. The photos betray the models a bit however as the details do not stand out very well, especially on the Leman Russ tanks. The sides of the tracks are quite detailed, I painted them in haste and have yet to do the highlights that they really deserve. I will be getting to them eventually, and when i do, I will post some photos. I know that these will never replace the GW models, but then again, I dont have the tools that they do. I totally believe in supporting the staff and the creators of the product and will gradually build the army up in proper models when finances permit. However, in the mean time, I'm gonna play these against whoever would like to play against them, and just have a good time.

As for the scale of these, all of the blueprints i have used are exact 1 for 1 scale, When i first began a friend of mine was kind enough to let me borrow a few of his models so i could ensure proper scaling. In a miniatures game, appropriate scaling is quite important and i agree wholeheartedly.

On the other side of things, I have some new Ork Scratchbuilds done out of plasticard and bitz that im getting ready to show off, if i can keep the camera from whitewashing out all the detail. Ive recently moved and have yet to get to all of my paint supplies.
