Subject: what to do with 3 river trolls

So i bought a river trolls set to kick start my converted nurgle daemons army but for personal reasons im not doing nurgle anymore.
I want to do a converted 40k army, not daemons, and wondered if anybody has any ideas what i can do with the trolls?

With the aid of Chaos Space Marine pieces you could make really effective but gruesome Termie Lords and maybe a Typhus conversion???

They're around the right size for Obliterators if you could find a bunch of guns and maybe some armor plating to add to them!
