New shipping services now available

Attention fellow hobbyists: we've just made ordering from our website (and waiting for your order to arrive) a lot easier, as we've introduced some great new shipping options. We think they're the next best thing to having an Empire Ship fall from the sky and an Elector Count personally handing you your order.

Express Service

With Express Service, not only will you get your product twice as fast as you would if you were using our Standard Shipping option, but we'll also provide you with courier tracking. When your order ships, we will send you an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's every move!

Priority Express.

If you're really in a hurry then you can use our Priority Express service, which guarantees your parcel will be in your hands the next day (if you order before 12 noon). What's more, this also includes courier tracking, so you can track your parcel as it makes it way to you.

Yeah we do it's called UPS, what can Brown do for you?....Which is ironic considering that GW NA is now in Memphis, the world hub for FedEx, opposed to being in Louisville Ky...

GW North America does not use UPS to ship packages at this time. They use either the USPS or FedEx as they clearly have a contract with FedEx. All of my mail orders without exception arrive via postal service or FedEx ground. All shipments from their Memphis warehouse to their US retail stores are via FedEx ground.

That said, they finally recently started sending shipping confirmation emails when your order ships. Until a few weeks ago you had no idea unless you went into your account to check the status of an order. Now they actually tell you when it ships via email. If it ships FedEx ground, it has a tracking number. If it ships USPS it does not.
