On my Xbox Live, I can connect, but it says my NAT is set to "strict" and so I can't join games!

Does anyone know how to turn your NAT to open?

I'd say try their customer service, but Slarg's thread from the other shows that that's not such a great idea.

Wasn't really aware of NAT having a strict or open setting.

I think there is specific info about this on Xbox.com. You've probably already found this (by using a simple Google search ) but here's some info:

You need to open the ports on your router/firewall.

I meant as in it was surprising they'd bother having two different sites use the same thing.
