Everywhere I'm not supposed to be.

A sepia wash on that staff head would do it good, I think. That aside, they look great! Fantastic job!

If you need me, I'll be busy wiping the layers of dust off my dice.

Anywhere worth being

The Death Korps Commissar model is probably one of the best models in all of 40k, and you have more than done it justice. I love the look of the storm coat.

As for the psyker, it's a great paint job. I'll agree with the Sepia wash on the staff. But I'm just not a fan of the model, if you're using him as a Primaris Psyker.

I've never seen that commissar model before and it looks fantastic. Your painting has a graphic novel feel to it that makes the character in the model come out, giving the impression that it has a story to tell. The attention to detail is also great, but I would second the suggestion for a delicate use of washes, to add depth and maybe take the dusty look off certain areas where you've drybrushed.

They are both extremely well painted, especialy the coat on the commi, pat yourself on the back.

I must admit though, although you've painted it really well, the IG psyker models are some of my least favourite in the entire GW range.

I will have to agree on the psyker, I not just don't really like the models, I don't like that there is only three of them... when you run is squads of 10 =/. (If you know of some good stand ins please PM me about em.)
Thank you everyone for the good complements, and about the dusty part, there in a area with a lot of wind that has been wearing at the city for around 40-50 years ever since the shields were destroyed, so there is a lot of fine white dust everywhere. As I get more guys I plan to have some road on the bases, and things like that.
