I just started a thread in the painting and modeling showcase, and (of course) I was in a rush to put up my new pictures, I followed the tutorial (since I forgot what the pictures were named ) and it seems that only the words show up in the article (at least from what I can see). So that being said, was there something I did wrong? I went into the pictures in the gallery and copied what was in the field for sharing pictures in articles. Any help is appreciated.

You seem to be confused as to what the difference is between a forum post and an article is.

Articles are based on a wiki, and can be found in the 'article' section from the link at the top left of the page. You don't have any articles created.

The Painting and Modeling Showcase forum is a forum, and to link your pictures into forum posts, you want to copy THAT code into a forum post you make.
