I think they would already look a lot nicer if you basecoated them before painting. If you spray them in 1 color first, there is no chance for any grey to be left unpainted... pointing at the speeder!
As for the ones already painted:
- Base them
- The blood on the windows isn't really logical. The only clear place should be the window, right?
I do like the side panel on the rhino, a simple yet effective conversion!

erm, a little rude me thinks

Yeah, what you should is paint ALL your model first in either black or white (black works best imo), this helps the paint stick to the model, and generally makes it look better. To save time you can buy spray cans of black and white. Decent sized army there, looks ready for the table

Urm... oh my.

No offense, and I really do mean no offense, but these are... bad. As in, "need stripping and starting again" kinda bad. MotF Conversion Beam is a neat idea. Las twin plas turret needs shortening. Your highlights are a tad thick and well, yeah.

Wow, people. Not cool. Seriously.

I do agree that primer should be used in future, paint chipping is a b*tch. Would like to see their chapter symbol too

In regards to the LSS being grey for the most part, that was the idea, i was looking for a sort of urban camo scheme. And strangely enough, eveything else is basecoated, it just doesn't show well in enamel paints. But, instead of just critiqueing, whats the best advice I can get other than switching paints?

Prime and basecoat your models. Thin your paints. Paint on grey instead of leaving it as grey plastic.

And from there on, a thin brush will do wonders too if you have a steady hand.

+1
Also try using various brushes for different parts of the model, it will save some of the smudging that you get on the dreadnought and what not, I would recommend a really thin paint brush for detail, and a lower side of medium for general painting slightly large areas (SM body's/shoulder pads) are you using citadel paints? While expensive, they are easy to get and really are very good, also washes make everything look awesome when used right

Rule Number One, people.

Now, despite what you said, I can tell that none of these models are basecoated. I can pick up on bare metal and plastic on almost every single model. Honestly, these really are painted to a very poor quality. Very poor. However, I'm going to give you some advice on how to improve rather than post a snide, rude comment.

1) Buy some spray-on primer. This will not only cover up the metal and plastic areas, but it will also let your paints stick to the models better.

2) Buy a smaller brush. It seems like alot of your models suffer from the "I'm using too big a brush syndrome". A smaller, more dexterous brush will help you with detail and make the models look much more clean.

3) If you want an urban camo scheme, leaving the bare plastic is not the way to go. It looks incredibly tacky, bad, and lazy. If you want an urban camo scheme, then use gray paint, not the plastic.

4) Thin your paints. Adding a little bit of water to your paints can really help them flow better and not look so thick and chunky.

5) Build in layers. Rather than one thick coat, do several thin coats. For tricky colors like white, take a light gray and build up to white from there.

6) Use washes. Washes can add much needed shading and can bring the quality of a model way up.

That said, here's what you should do now:

1) Take your Dreadnought and clip off that peice of sprue. I really have to ask, what were you thinking when you left that on there?

2) Take the Dread and the rest of your models and dump them in a few tubs of Simple Green.

3) After letting them soak in the Simple Green over night, take them out and brush all the paint off with an old toothbrush.

4) Prime the models and repaint them using some of the advice I gave you.
