I think you should go to the painting and modeling thread and try to find something?

Buy the Space Wolves box or buy the bitz for it online. Just putting a wolf tail talisman on some of them makes them look much more wolfy. Also, you'll want to give them all chainswords (or power weapons, fists, etc depending on what they are armed with). If they have any Ultramarine-specific shoulder pads then you should remove those.
