Well Dark Eldar need souls...there are few that survive very long. they all for the most part come to violent ends. except for gifted slaves who become relatively valued for example a captured Vindicare assassin was able to please is master with his martial prowess and eventually kill him. He then became a mercenary of sorts in Commoragh in one of the lower districts where numerous xenos hang out in the Dark eldar capital. so unless they are really special no almost never. Unless they have a skill that would get more slaves or can kill things better then like everyone. and well they do not really say what kind they want so they just grab who they can
