Hey all,
I'm playing in an online DH campaign, and it's quite likely my character will recite the prayer for souls in the void at some point soon. I know it's out there somewhere, either in a rulebook, codex, novel or fluff book, but for the life of me I can't remember where, despite having read it.

I don't suppose anyone can remember where it is and point me to it? I've tried using google and not really got anywhere.

If you've got an idea where it might be found, please enlighten me.
