Subject: Imperial Sector Modeling Question

This question goes out to anyone familiar with the more recent GW 40k building kits, specifically the Imperial Sector box.
On paper the Imperial Sector kit looks like a good value enabling you to build 3 small buildings and 1 large building.
My question is: Do you get the complete kits of the Basilica Adminstratum, Sanctum Imperialis and Manufactorum kits or just portions of those kits?
The description on the GW site is a bit vague so I wanted to know if the Imperial Sector kit would essentially give me the same building potential at $10 cheaper than buying four of those kits individually.
Any help would be appreciated!

You might want to look into GF9s Battle Field in a Box.

I had a chance to handle these at Adepicon and they are great. Fair price point as well.

It's not quite so clear-cut but I can't recall the specifics.
It's 1 of each kit for sure, but after that it gets a bit fuzzy. I think it's one less wall sprue and 1 more floor sprue, or maybe it's the other way around... but it's not exactly 4 boxes.
