I did a 2 1/2 hour game that last into round 4 when my opponent conceded (we're buddies, and we played on two big tables at my house).
I know my list, and I roughly know his list but heres what I remember.
CSM
HQ: Daemon Prince, Wings, Mark of Nurgle, Nurgles Rot
Troops:
x5 Plague Marines w/ powerfist and 2 plasma guns (ones a champion)
x5 Plague Marines w/ power weapon and 2 meltaguns (ones a champion)
x5 Noise Marines w/ sonic blasts and blastmaster, Rhino
Heavy:
x2 Obliterator Cult
x1 Defiler with Reaper autocannon and lascannon
Orkz:
x2 Squads of Ork boyz w/ Nobs with powerklaws and bosspole
x9 Nobz w/ eavy armor and a doc boy
x1 Warboss with eavy armor and powerklaw, bosspole
x3 Killa Kans with x3 missle launchers
x3 Deffkoptas with missle launchers
He won the roll off and decided to go first. I had full intentions of doing this picture by picture but.. Thinking about removing model by model and everything made me realize I dont have that kind of time! So this is what the battlefield was like after deployment.

Turn 1 Movement Phase:
Orkz move killah kans forward, and ork boyz move forward behind them. The other Ork boy squad moves north hiding around the hill thats passable but grants no
LOS. Deffkopts move in right behind the Trukk that moves 18inches.
Turn 1 Shooting Phase:
Killah Kans fire rokkits at plague marines and fall short, Deffkophas also fire rokkits and fall short.
Boyz run, rolling a 5's so he gets some good movement there.
Turn 1 Assaulting Phase : Nothing.
Turn 1 Chaos's Movement Phase: Move Defiler 5inches over, and the daemon prince right up behind it, knowing where the boyz up north will be coming from.
Turn 1 Chaos's Shooting Phase: Noise Marines fire single frequency at KillahKans and fail to penetrate. Plague Marines cant get them in range (meltaguns and plasma guns) I focus my Obliterators Lascannons on the Trukk and nail a hit, destroying a weapon. I fire my battlecannon, something i wasnt going to do but i had to stop the trukk as it was full of Nobz. Landing a Penetrating hit the truck explodes on a Ramshacke sending Nobz everywhere! and causing 1 wound on his Deffkoptas from the explosion
Turn 1 Chaos's Assaulting Phase: Nothing.
Turn 2 Orkz Movement Phase , Killah Kans move 6inches, Boyz both 6inches , one follows the kans the other northward getting closer. Deffkoptas swoop in near the kans. Nobz move towards the forest , rolling a 5 to get in.
Turn 2 Orkz Shooting Phase, WAAAGH! Killha kans roll a 6, boyz behind them a 5, and the boyz up top roll a 6. Nobz roll a 6 in the forest getting out. Kans, Nobz, and 2 sets of boyz are all within assaulting distance.
Turn 2 Orkz Assaulting Phase, Killah Khans rush my Plague marines that are right infront of my noise marines (above the body of water). Boyz rush under the lake at the same set of Plague Marines, Nobz w/ their warboss rush the same set of plague marines. The boyz up north rush the Obliterators.
Combat resolution, all plague marines make their saves on bottom except 1. The Obliterators up top take 1 wound. 4 Boyz die to Obliterator Powerfists, and 6 boyz die to the plague marines attacking back.
Turn 2 Chaos Movement Phase: Daemon Prince moves 12inches to fly in behind the barricade up top thats funneling the Boyz in. Defiler moves slightly. Noise marines embark in Rhino and run back 12inches towards where the defilers group is.
Turn 2 Chaos Shooting Phase: Daemon Prince uses nurgles rot twice, killing 7 boyz as 1 fails psychic test.
turn 2 Chaos Assaulting Phase: Daemon Prince assaults killing 5 ork boyz, Defiler attacks killing 4 ork boyz, Plague marines assault the same set of ork boyz up top killing 5 ork boyz. Obliters kill 2 Ork boyz. Plague marines down bottom kill 4 more boyz.
Combat resolution. Orkz strike back on top, no wounds taken. Orkz strike bottom plague marines killing 3 plague marines.
Turn 3 Ork Movement Phase, Deffkoptas move in to get close to the Defiler.
Turn 3 Ork Shooting phase, Deffkoptas move further towards Defiler ( i think)
Turn 3 Ork Assault Phase, Plague marines on bottom are all dead. Ork Boyz up top attack the daemon prince inflicting 1 wound. Deffkoptas charge the Defiler (who now not in combat) , suicide i thought but later learned it was to tie him up for fear of his battlecannon next turn.
Turn 3 Chaos Movement Phase, Rhino with Noise Marines disembarks further back.
turn 3 Chaos Shooting Phase, Obliterators fire lascannon at the rear armor of the killah cans, they were facing away due to killing my plague marines. I land a penetrating hit and it explodes! Plague Marines fire their plasma guns (the one that died had my meltas). Rapidfiring I land 4 plasma penetrating hits, and 1 glancing hit with my bolter. BOOM! Killahs cans are a dead wreck. We presume that ment they were dangerous terrain now and it basically made a nice dangerous terrain wall his nobz, and boyz had to cross.
turn 3 assaulting phase chaos, daemon prince finished off what i remember to be a nob and 2-3 boyz. Defilerr kills the Deffkoptas.. No one else is in range to assault, and everything i was in combat is now dead.
Higher initiatives lead to no Ork retailiation.
My opponent concedes, saying out of sportsmanship if the game continues any longer it would still resolve in me winning. I agree as its already 2am.
I think I did alright, I think noise marines were useless but they sound like they have potential. I didnt need to take a lascannon or the reaper autocannon on the Defiler as the battlecannon was more useless..shoulda taken the 2 free
CCW arms. I think the Obliterators did alright, i dont know if their worth 150pts for 2 yet, seeing how 2 shots a turn and my luck nothing happen. But if anything they seemed to make a prime target, a rock from which the orkz fell against. Given the way i had my guys setup, not that many orkz could get in to attack, and he had his orkz spread out for fear of plasmacannons, battlecannons, Nurgles rot and noise marine blastermaster. Meltaguns sounded nice but i couldnt use them on the killakans because of the waagh advancement got them 12inches in, and then he charged..i wish i gave them plasmas instead.
Even though i "won" i think if he rolled through the burning KillahKans I could've taken some beatings, but I'm not sure if he would of killed me. At this point i had killed roughly 480pts, and he killed 175pts of my army. The untapped success of the daemon princes nurgles rot would of devestating his boyz im sure, and if he did poorly with getting through the burning rubble I was going to fire a battlecannon, blastmaster with 4 sonic blasters backing him. 2 plasma guns, and 3 bolters w/ rapid fire, 2 plasmacannons and a daemon prince with 2 nurgles rot.
Any opinions on it? or anything unclarified? Suggestions, etc. I think I did pretty good, I think i would of been more effective with Khorne warriors over noise marines, and all plasma guns on the plague marines, no extra guns on the defiler and spend the extra pts on a 3rd oblit or just more Khorne.
As for the Ork I say his flaw was making 1 squad of Ork Boyz attack a Defiler, Daemon Prince, 2 Obliterators and a 5man squad of plague marines. Then using the rest of his force to focus 1 set of plague marines down..
