Started my Assault Marine actually 2 weeks ago.

Primed it in white. There's discussion about which is better to base coat with, but for me I personally like way the white undercoat brightens the red which helps to accent the peaks, at least for me.

Anyway, as I said, primed it in white did a quick layer of blood red on all the important parts then left it for a couple weeks because I got busy with other stuff. Picked it back up last night and decided to get them finished.

Just an update to my Assault Marines.

I wanted to add a bit of character to them so I changed his position slightly. I seriously messed up on the head when painting it so I just ripped it off and put a new one on.

Question though: Do you think this is too much battle damage? I know it comes down to a design eye (any liberal arts students?) when it comes to what is and isn't enough.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
