Gothmog, Kardush
3 Mordor Trolls
The rest is morranon orcs

or

Goblin based idea
Lots of goblins
durbutz(?)
stone giant or a few cave trolls
and lot smore goblins

i wouldnt have to worry abpout these if they made full ent armies legal :|

I think that they are roughly on par with each other, so you may as well play what you like. However, I think that the Morannon list has the potential to go to the next tier by adding several Ringwraiths.

On the subject of an all ent list, are you planning on playing in tournaments? If not, your opponent may allow you to field such a list. It would be worth asking your regular opponents. I certainly would have no problem with an opponent fielding an all ent army.
