Nice work. I don't like the greyish flesh, but that's a modern fluff thing (I still think of ogres as human toned)... Well executed nonetheless, and I do like the warpaint.

I really like the almost ghoulish skin tone with the blue face paint. Really nice. I would only encourage you to do more with the banners to really make them center pieces for their unit and or leadership roles. Great stuff though.
