Well I'll first start off by saying that I've known about this forum for awhile but I've avoided registering because I don't always get along with people or know how to fit in with spamming people on forums. Okay, so I annoy people and get banned alot, so let me apologize first off if I don't follow the rules 100% to the letter and for when I offend someone without knowing about it (I just waved my hand and thus have stopped some species from becoming dominant on some distant planet in some galaxy in this universe of unknown proportions, my apologies about that genocide).

Second off. I play with legos and I use legos as terrain. I don't know why people have a problem with this, legos are awesome and if you are willing to use an imagination then they make for some great terrain considering that you can disassemble them at a whim and not actually *damage* your terrain. This isn't to say that I'm opposed of building terrain from scratch, I have a few pieces that I'm rather proud of, I'm just saying that if you have a problem with legos then please don't bring up the issues with me unless you want to suggest useful ideas, maybe an awesome lego set currently on the market that has really great pieces to use (debatable, honestly I prefer older legos, new ones are too... fake).

Third off. I guess an actual introduction. I play LotR, 40k, and Fantasy: LotR Dwarves & Elves, 40k Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, Tyranids, Eldar/Dark Eldar/Harlequins, something something not important, Fantasy Dark Elves, and Fantasy Skaven, as well as random pieces of different factions because what gamer is complete without having random faction bits. I've done a lot of personal modeling and painting, and painting a friend's Chapter (minus the Land Raider which I'll get around to some decade); but that's really not important to know because I play with legos.

Fourth. I am working on a wargaming project and am trying to find recruits (suckers) to help me with this project/I'm looking for test players because I'm too lazy. If you are interested in learning about this, hearing anything further, perhaps lending a helping hand: anecdotalrabbit@gmail.com or send a pm on this forum.

Fifth. If you happen to be a poor chap that knows me from elsewhere then please... no spoilers.

So, hope to get along with this forum and not get banned; I'll also gladly take your money in the form of donations.

Welcome to Dakka!

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money

"Can a magician kill a man by magic?" Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. "I suppose a magician might," he admitted, "but a gentleman never could." Susanna Clarke Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell

Unlike my Ork counterpart, I have read the post

I use a lot of Lego's as terrain. I usually spray paint them and paint them, though, so we might have a difference there, but whatever.

Anyway, welcome to the Dakk. And unless you try, you won't get banned.
