I have just started playing war of the ring and this is my list so far.

Drar's Hunters 2 companies 130
dwarf warriors 4 companies 1 sheildbearer 185
vault wardens 1 company 70
dwarf balista 60
Gondor trebuchet 100
knights of minas tirith 2 companies 50

I beleive you are allowed to take aquarter of your force in allied forces hence the knights of minas tirith and trebuchet.
Please correct me if this has too many rare formations and advice for improvement. I am concerned with the amount cavalry as my army is mainly antimonster but will fail against large armys.
