This is like a Chevrolet dealership stating that GM is frozen 20 years back in time...

Some good points.
Some bad points.
All valid points.

Really was an amazing video.

One of the larger issues I had was the misrepresentation of the initial price investment required to play the game. While 40k may cost $100, it's enough for 2 players to play. Now I may be wrong (I don't play warmachine), but their starter sets are for a single player for half the price.

But yea, GW really does need to take their competition into consideration when they roll out changes.

They should have a competetive and balanced rule system in place to compete squarely with warmachine with smaller pointed games and skirmishes.

They should have their rules, after 25 years in the business, to the point where they could legitimately be played in a tournament setting.

This way they could introduce players with the smaller scale game that competes with Warmachine while still supporting the main 40k game and making it the primary rule set for tournaments and such.

Great find. Hopefully GW sees this and takes his thoughts into consideration. Also, a price reduction would probably win back some of that wavering loyalty some of us are experiencing...

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Well, my neck is sore from agreeing so much.

Will GW listen? How long is a piece of string?

Is that rhetorical?

I'm so glad that this guy made the video and not the annoying guy with the stupid hair.

The more he talked the more I wanted to get out of 40k completely.

This isn't really news or rumor, and there's already a thread in Dakka discussions, so lets move the conversation there please.
