I like them, having the Craftworld colors as well as those of there aspect would really tie them into the rest of the force.

I think the First DOW game had a similar coloring system.

As for the Banners, I suggest you just practice on paper or something.

Lovely and all that, but I have one issue. I think that painting the hair would make them pop. Just doesn't look right.

Looks good, I agree with Bok Choy about the hair. Highlighting black can be a pain though. Bane of my existence.
