I saw this little sentence at the top asking me to post here, so here I am. I've been to Dakka Dakka a few time in the past, just poking around or researching something but I'm trying to get to know people a bit more and show my face, maybe take part in a few things (which I never normally do, but thats my intention).

Anwyay, I'm from Hereford and I've been playing 40k for a couple of years collecting Tyranids and Chaos (Thousand Sons), I used to play Warhammer fantasy like 15 years ago, but got quite disheartened when my skaven and lizardmen armies vanished of the face of the earth. recently I've started collecting woodelves and ogres too. I'm well into conversting stuff, I've always got like 2 ideas in the pipeline for every 1 I'm working on and I'm usually working on about 5. I dont mind painting (I'm a lot better and patient than I was 15 years ago), but it usually takes me a while to get around to doing it. I'll endevour to get some pictures up of some of my stuff, I've never really had anyone look at them beyond the same 2 people I ever play against.

Anyway, here I am... Woo yey. : )

I know, but after having lost all that other stuff (which I'm pretty sure my friends dad threw away from their attic) its just too disheartening to go back. If I ever DID come accross them then I'd deffinately buy more stuff, but at the moment its just gutting when ever I remember how much stuff I had and how long I'd spent collecting them.

Woooo hooo! I really hoped that the Ogres would be adjusted next, its not like I've played with them much or anything, but from when I've seen/read they do seem a bit easy to kill considering... you know... they are big smashy people.

I started collecting woodelves because i've always liked the design and I'm sick of being the bad guy all the time!
