Anyone in Auckland NZ wanna teach me how to play 40k?? I am currently building a Space Wolves army, I have already posted up my proposed army list if anyone is interested in having a look.

Cheers, James

I'm Auckland based, mostly play at East Auckland Elites club. Our forums http://eaelites.co.nr , are mostly dead but we are meeting every 2 weeks or so if you are interested. We generally get 20 odd people (varies quite a bit, but there are always enough to get 4 tables going) and the games are always very competitive (several of the top ranked players in NZ are regulars).

Very cool, thanks for that. Where abouts do you play out East? Do you guys teach players or just play, as I don't have any idea how to play...

East is a relative term lol, we meet in Remuera (just off Green Lane off ramp near the Racecourse). Mostly we just play and its usually at tournament standard point levels (1850), someone can probably give you a game once you know roughly what you are doing though. If you are still really new (as in at the learning the rules stage) would recommend going down to one of the GW's on Fridays (maybe once or twice) for some intro games (with your own models), and then on Thursdays for the ~1000pt games they run.
