Me and a friend are developing a wargame for the hell of it. Basically there was so much about 40k we wanted to change that we said feth it lets make a game. Do you have any ideas to make it better? And what would you like to see in a wargame?

Those looking for detials on current game status look here: http://developingawargame.blogspot.com/

I would like to see a way to make your own units, point wise, I mean, so if I want to use my infinity Teutonic knights, I can. finding the balance between the smoothness of the simple rules to the tactical depth of not so simple rules will probably be the hardest. and dont be afrraid to make your own lore/new rules. if I wanted 40k, just plain 40k, there would be no reason to play your game.

good luck gents.

I have taken on the task of developing the points system but am at a loss. I have many shells bu i can't garuntee performance from any.
Don't worry we had 3 play tests last night. This is nothing like 40k anymore. Faster, way faster. And once you get the math down it runs so smoothly.
that being said we did modify upwards of 10 to 15 rules.
For now we can fit the rules on around 1-2 pages. However we haven't solidified CC yet.
