So this is my first army where I feel like I actually kinda know what I am supposed to do with the paint. This is also my first attempt at using Green stuff for conversions as well. The pictures are as good as I could get the moment.

As this is a Radical Inquisition force, most of the models are converted, or counts as.

First up is my Radical version of Coteaz to lead my force

Usually he is joined to the following unt. They all have the obliterator virus in various stages.

Stage 1: 5x Warriors with Bolters, or Storm Bolter

Stage 2: 3x Warriors with Meltaguns

Stage 3: Jokaero

Next up, some Crusaders

And some Death Cult Assassins

I really like your concept, and the progressive transformations to represent the different units is a great. I like the blending on the swords and guns, and the consistent use of similar colours ties everything together. My only suggestions would be to add a little more depth. You;ve obviously got the neatness and scheme worked out well but for me the skin tones and blues on the uniforms look a little flat. Maybe a bit more wash and highlight would do it.

Otherwise- a great effort and nice to see some new ideas!

You have a great imagination. I love seeing converted work.

Have you ever thought about looking into non-metallic metallics? Metallic paint, particularly gold, looks nice in small bits, but tends to look a little pasty in large sections. I myself cannot do the non-metallic metallic thing, but you might like the results better, and guides on how to do it are all over the internet.

I like the cloaks on the crusaders, though. The furry cloaks always look great, I think. All in all, this is a nice force.

I think some of the flatness comes from the pictures. I do not exactly have the best lighting setup.

I think I will go back and try to highlight the blue a little better on the uniforms.

Right now I am working on

Vindicare and Callidus assassins converted from the IG command box.

I really like the knights. It's a bit.. too "radical" in my opinion, not to say the conversions are great! It just doesn't well in this theme, you should do Ork conversions ;P

If you will not Serve on the battlefield, you will serve on the firing line

Imperial Guard II 2000 points.

This guy has a daemon familiar instead of an eagle.

oh ya another thing if you want alot of crusaders for a cheap price go for bretonnians you will see in my showcase, but your radical army might look better with what you have. just one thing how does the inquisitor get chaos warriors to work for him? arent those the things he's trying to purge.

You do know what a "radical" inquisitor is right?

they use Daemons, Chaos Cultists, and anything else that might be considered HERESY! by lesser servants of the Emperor, because they can.

Fluff wise, the Inquisitor captures chaos cultist (mostly those dedicated to Khorne) and in exchange from them fighting for him, he lets them kill stuff and take Skulls for the Skull throne.

Why does that first dude have a demon baby in a blanket balanced on top of his arm?

Cool conversions, looking forward to seeing what else you come up with.
